UNDERGRADUATE REQUIREMENTS

Perform one or more compositions of your choice.  Any combination of Solos and Etudes is fine.  Most important is to select works that display your strongest playing attributes.  You may wish to consult the OMEA Class A and B lists for suggested solos.

Perform all major scales.  Scales should be prepared in two octaves except those that would go above high C.  Perform a two octave chromatic scale slurred from low C to High C.

Students should be prepared to demonstrate sight reading ability.
